Microsoft Windows Updates installed Visual Studio 2022 Security Update (17.14.30).
Now the current Visual Studio Extention v4.0.593.0 fails to load.

Hello there, apologies for the issue. Please install the latest version of VS 2022/2026 and try using the new DotVVM for Visual Stuidio 4.0.594.0.
