We released the last public preview of DotVVM 5.0 before shipping the final version. It is feature-complete, and we are not aware of any issues, so it should be quite safe to migrate to. We also released Tailwind UI for DotVVM 5.0 RC2, which is compatible with this version and includes several bug fixes.
